As a pay-per-call platform, we process call-related data including: caller phone numbers, call recordings (where disclosed and consented), call duration, call timestamps, call origin (geographic data), IVR interaction data, and call outcome data. This data is essential for call qualification, routing, billing, and quality assurance.
